What Gen Z Needs From Us

I’m getting sick of people bagging out on Gen Z for being soft and developing mental health disorders. They have never known the blissful ignorance of innocence that us Millennials had. Too much info. is accessible for them - they have internalised this feeling of not being safe in the world.

Have a listen to my unedited, conversational thoughts on why and how we should improve the mental wellbeing of our little brothers and sisters, and our children, by increasing preventative mental health. Normalise seeking support, normalise going to see a psychologist, normalise meditation, normalise gratitude practices, normalise affection (romantic and platonic!).
